How long does my order take to ship?

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 10-13 business days. During busy periods, this may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

  1. Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery usually takes:

    • Standard shipping: 10-13 business days (depending on your location)

    • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days

What is your return policy? 

At Kitchen Designer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

  1. Return Window: You can return most products within 60 days of purchase.

  2. Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

  4. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

  5. Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different style or size, we’ll gladly assist with that as long as it meets the return conditions.

  6. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

  7. Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a full refund, replacement, or repair.
